Fast Food Life
Fast food stores is the easy job anybody can get but fast food life is a hard life. I work at Arbys on 81 and people,as in the customer, just love to complain. I know the rule is that the customers are always right but as a worker the complaining is getting ridiculous. I was at work yesterday and a customer was arguing because he wanted four cups of cheddar sauce and he did not want to pay for the cups. That was one of many complaints I have heard. Most of them was just because the communication between customer and employee are not very clear. I understand that it can be our fault sometime but we can fix it without all this arguing. One time a customer complained ,after he got his food, that he wanted thin sliced beef but he did not tell us. We are not able to read the customer's mind, you have to tell us exactly what you want. I am just saying, we need to cut out all the arguments and complaining, it is ridiculous. We are all adults here , we can stop acting like children.
